The ohci, uhci and usb-uhci drivers are for USB1.1. They use other modules like usbcore but they are independent of each other. OHCI and UHCI are two different specifications for interfaces to USB devices and have completely different approaches to doing the same thing. Only one of them will usually be loaded, depending on your chipset. If you have a motherboard chipset which requires, say, ohci and a PCI card which requires uhci or usb-uhci I suppose you might want to load two of them, but I've never seen it done. The ehci-hcd driver is for USB 2.0 and has nothing to do with the 1.1 drivers. This is in the documentation on the linux-usb.org website, which you should take the time to read. 73, Ged. ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe, use the last form field at: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-usb-users
