It doesn't look like it gets recongied below, the says "driver=(none)". Looking at the working device list there is no listing for this device, but there is one close in number spaec (which might mean nothing);

You could try editing the source and adding a line for your device (or just loading the driver might be enough, if it only uses that table for hotplug).
