Well everything seems to be possible in todays world, but I would be
very surprised if Windows changed it to 133 Mhz and on exit changed
it back to 66 Mhz. But I'll check just to make sure.

On my motherboard a 66 Mhz FSB should be a totally acceptable value,
and everything else works fine, so I can't help suspecting that 
something
is wrong with the ehci_hcd. But I could be wrong.

Is it possible that ehci_hcd or something else stores the FSB speed - 
in
some cache / conf file - that was used during install of the module and
this gets mixed up when you change the FSB?
