I don't think there is anything like that. The kernel comes prepackaged 
generally and nothing is updated except the various /lib/modules/`uname 
-r`/modules.* files which don't contain configuration information. If 
there was something it should be in /etc/[modules|modprobe].conf but I 
would doubt that this would be a parameter (the ones ehci_hcd understands 
are;
