Same problem: getting the drive to operate at the highest possible speed. The syslog information seems to relate to the problem. It, together with hub.c, seem to indicate the a default configuration is being set for the drive. Questions: a) Is that what is happening? b) If so, can I change the choice of configuration? c) If so, how and where do I change the code to maximize drive performance?
