I quite understand, and I mustn't have made myself clear enough, the mailing list is the best asset for this area, I just thought that you could help a greater amount of people, as well as have a bigger web community if you introduced somewhere where users could meet online as a community, If you don't think that it is useable then so be it.

Hey, I just had a brief thought...
It seems that quite a few NEWBIES (Such as myself) are posting there
questions to the mailing list, what if you set up a message board/forum
somewhere so that you could keep track of the members, and maybe lighten the
load on the mailing list?
It would also be easier to archive common questions as well.
