hi guys,
I just did some calculations for ADSL jetstart
128kbps, and i have some interesting figures:
If you had jetstart on for 28days at its full speed
of 16KB/s, the total gigabyte usage will be, 36.91406GB.
If you had jetstart on for 28days at a normal line
speed of approx 10KB/s, the total gigabyte usage will be
23.07129GB.
If Adsl is supposed to be an always on connection,
a datacap is complete bull. Both of the calculations came above 10GBs, this also
applies to cable. I reckon we should spread a partition around and try to get
unlimited ADSL. Anyway this is just my opinions and another few useless bytes of
cyberspace.
Thanx
Have a Great Christmas
Season!
