0.25c/mb. If connection speeds are increased then the pressure on the
international bandwidth will increase during peak hours and there would be
less traffic at non-peak times, bad use of bandwidth.
Now, if my ISP/Telecom would open up ADSL to full speed at say 2-6am and
charge 1c per MB for excess volume I would be very happy.
At the moment I download about 4gig/month (hitting 300mb on the
occaisional day) with a 56k POT modem. I should have ADSL (the free 10gig
account) at the end of the month.
