yes but you don't use any bandwidth by just having it turned ON. You
only get billed for what you use. Most of the time your ststem is not
down or uploading anything.

What is it that you need in excess of 10GB a month for Justin?

Downloading pirated movies/audio? 

You can get, say 9 or 10 full cd iso's a month (thats 3-4 distros) and
still leave room for browsing and email.

What IS it that you want?
