Not in Konqueror it doesn't :)
Even in Mozilla (1.0) I get a little piece of broken image on the right (and a
pop up window, argh!). But in konq (3.0.2) I don't get any of the animation
(I'm guessing it's using something like flash? which I don't have installed,
nor want to have to go and download just to view what is an otherwise static
page), and the image at the top right is even more broken than it was in
Mozilla, cut in half and not lining up right.
I tried to pass it through validator.w3.org, but didn't get very far - it
stopped with a fatal error because doctype ("<!DOCTYPE blah >") wasn't
specified.
Sorry, but when come across a page like that I almost always just hit 'back',
and choose another one from google.

ps. my apologies if this comes across as a flame, it isn't intended to be, I
just wish people would realise that just because something looks pretty in
MSIE, that doesn't automatically make it a good page.
