I've had the same problem with these new e-modems... bought two and neither 
could hold a connection up for more than 2 minutes on a line that was anything 
less than perfect.  

They seem ok on a good line, but HSF PCI modems seems to be more reliable if 
the line is slightly 'rural'... which is saying something.

They have totally put me off dynalink... I sell D-Link externals to my 
customers now... about $20 dearer, but much more stable.
