Here's what I would do. I haven't had this problem and I haven't heard 
of rumblings on the list but ya never know with XP, as they change it 
all the time so it DOESN't play nice with anything else. I would make a 
Mandrake boot disk (though CD1 is also a rescue disk) and then wax the 
MBR (with a windows win98 bootdisk or whatever) with fdisk /mbr. I would

then reinstall/run LILO and make sure it detects the win partition. Once

LILO is set up properly, it should just work. LILO sometimes does not 
work on the first go around for some reason... =(
