I would make a Mandrake boot disk (though CD1 is also a rescue disk) and then wax the MBR (with a windows win98 bootdisk or whatever) with fdisk /mbr. I would then reinstall/run LILO and make sure it detects the win partition. Once LILO is set up properly, it should just work.
