Sorry Jason, I beg to differ. There is now, unfortunatly, only one SuperPower 
which throws its power, culture and influence around with scant regard for 
the feelings of the rest of us. Sheer size, both economic and military, mean 
that, by and large, what the current government of your country of origin 
wants, goes. Notice how those little countries which have signed up to the 
International Criminal Court Treaty, and refused to exempt Americans are now 
being punished for that act of independant thought. Look how little Belgium 
was forced to amend it's law about war-time criminality which applied it used 
to apply world-wide. Yes there were untold crimes against humanity and 
Belgium took the Army General in charge - Tommy Franks to task.
Yet at the very same time good ol' US is trying to force the rest of us to 
accept its patent, copyright and IP law generally. It's very much a 
pre-luncheon conversation about the menu between a wolf and a lamb.
