Didn't we cover this already? Nobody is stopping you to make copies.
You just can't call them Red Hat. Not that I care, the quality of the
distro is lacking anyway, so I just go and use something better.

Btw every major distro maker substantially pays for OSS development,
not just Red Hat.

All distros would be equally affected, but only Red Hat is writing
legal letters. I did say a while ago that they look far too much like
Redmond for my liking.
