You missed the point. If you are found to have *knowingly* caused damage to someone else, you might find yourself liable for some of the damage. Paying for jetstart and getting jetstream because someone made a mistake is causing damage to someone. You're not liable before you knew about it (because you didn't sign up for it), but making public postings about it (doh) is good evidence from when on you knew.
