Good morning! A friend asked me to install Mandrake on his 2001-vintage PC tomorrow. I can't say no, because I have trumpeted Linux quite a bit ;-) so I'll bite the bullet and just do it.
Q1: For Mandrake 9.1/2, is there anything in particular that I should be carefull off? Q2: Are there any helpfull documents that I can download this afternoon and stick onto a CD? Q3: Could anybody please supply me with Paradise dailup detail? Phone number, DNS IPs etc? I'd rather have that ready, than try to call Paradise for it. Does Paradise support Linux users? rgds Jaco
