Use kppp to set up the connection. You should only need to enter the dial-up number, username and password. DNS is set automagically as part of the ppp handshake. Make sure the authentication is set to "PAP/CHAP" and not "Script". The dial-up number depends on location: Wellington 086727235 Rest of NZ 086727234 Paradise help desk does not answer linux-specific queries but will try to help linux users by giving out any setting you ask for. I have submitted an instruction document for setting up kppp to be included on the clear.net and paradise CD-ROM, but it's not signed off yet.
