Mini-ITX motherboard in Cubid 2677 or 2688 case with PCI riser and Cnet Pro 200 dual PCI ethernet card. You get one ethernet port on the mobo (which can be a fanless model), and two on the PCI card. The case is small and flat. Actually the mobo has 4 USB sockets, so you could plug in some USB->ethernet adapters. HTH, Andy
