Having had this problem before.. Gigabyte make some nice flex-atx form factor machines with one 100M on board (e100pro), and three half-height PCI slots into which you can slip some cards..
I imagine there are other brands out here as well.. The other option is one of the 3com 4*100Mbs nics but they are not cheap... Cheers, Chris.
