The NIC is using a Realtek 8139 chipset. I have one working
successfully in my PowerBook G3 running Debian.
I don't remember if the Debian install disks have a suitable driver,
it's been a long time since I've used them. Try using the bf2.4 boot
disks and loading the 8139too module. If that fails, try 8139cp. If
that fails, at least let us know what 'lspci -v', and 'cardctl ident'
say.
