Sorry, I should have been more specific and said GPL....most of the other "Open Source" licenses don't guarantee full software freedom like the GPL. Suse produces software that is not GPL'd, EVERYTHING Mandrake (and AFAIK Debian too) produces is GPL'd, that's why I'd prefer it over Suse, simple as that.

That is all the more I will say on this. As you said, I guess I started it... <Me slaps myself in disgust>
