Looking at the MandrakeSoft advisories for security problems in the latest product (9.2), there are 36 security-related patches available.
Any operating system that has been locked down by somebody who knows
what they're doing is going to be significantly more secure than an
out-of-the-box install of virtually any operating system. To suggest
otherwise indicates that you're either naive, or a troll.
This is what I'm after. To extract sutiable information from those who know what they're doing, so those of us who don't yet know enough may do a better job.
