It's a known bug in Cooker. Will be addressed by 10.0 Commercial... It's only a problem on some hardware.

Jason PS, Booting from CD2 solves the problem in all cases I have heard about.

Rebuild successful. Don't know why the original failed on two different machines, and the md5sum had checked out. Any one else have the same problem?
