In that case Mandrake probably got the two elements on this line from
their mkisofs script reversed or failed to separate them.
/b6/mandrake/10/rebuild/boot /b6/mandrake/10/rebuild/CD1
If the boot section is built first then it is at the start of the CD and
is easily booted. I had a similar problem with MDK a few years ago.
Yup, I did an installation starting with CD2, however, there were a few
options missing.
