sorry both models so far seem reasonably up to date, i should hae said that.:
one is running macos x 10.3 t'other is a 1.5GHz machine with 1G Ram
I think we should probably speak to them before we start and ensure they know what they're getting themselves into.
We need to find out whether they know that they already have a Unix operating system that can run most *nix software already.
