Get the drive manufacturer's diag tools and make the diag floppy (prob need
windows for that step)
This is typical of a drive that is starting to fail.  The diag tool should
provide an error code, you can look that code up.  If this just started
happening backup now!  If you just recently moved the PC, check all
connections.
