k3b does *both* mastering and burning, though it'll call programs for
doing these 2 steps. That's sufficient for data DVDs. However, movie
DVDs are also data DVDs, though to make it playable in a
consumer-electronic DVD player, you'll have to prepare the files in a
predefined way. Preparing these movie files is where Linux falls a bit
short.
