I beg to differ Volker, used sensibly, - note that phrase - Flash can really
enhance the ease with which a user can get the message.
For example I found the animations at:-

http://www-132.ibm.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CategoryDisplay?catalogId=-840&storeId=1&langId=-1&dualCurrId=73&categoryId=2302836

to be very effective in getting the message across about what the ThinkPad
was, and was able to do. Those presentations made up my mind for me. Now for
the dough. :-)

They are generated using
It works semi-ok in Konqueror and Firefox.

Yes, I've had a look around.

It crashed Konqueror-3.3 bang! but I was able to restart and browse.
One has to fiddle around with the font size to get anything readable and then
the lines of text look very crushed vertically. The text is rendered in a
light grey which makes it difficult indeed to read. There are pages in which
the grammar and general sentence construction is just the pits. If you want
to sell effectively to large organisations in the UK and the rest of Europe
you will need to improve that.
