Does software follow the "first-sale" principle in New Zealand?
According to most EULAs, we don't own software, we are simply licensed
to use it.
This doesn't affect me much, because the majority of software I have
installed on computers I own comes under a license that gives me those
rights anyway.
In other words, I'm a linux fanboy and I use FOSS almost exclusively.

As long as FOSS remains permissible I'm happy and my fears a allayed
... for now.

Thanks for pointing that out, Carl.
