There is a "settings" menu, second from the right, next to "help". You need to know the following info from your ISP: 1) Your email address (eg [EMAIL PROTECTED]) 2) Your pop3 username (usually the bit before the "@" in your address, eg "foo") 3) Your password (usually your pop3 password=your dial-up password) 4) The name of the incoming mail server, eg pop.slingshot.co.nz or pop3.slingshot.co.nz 5) The name of the outgoing mail server, eg smtp.slingshot.co.nz I'm using slingshot as an example because that's where you posted from. Play around in the config dialogs, and see if you can work it out. The fields where you type these things in are labelled in kmail similarly to outlook. Yuri
