I'd go along with that. The only downside is that afaik there is no 10GB/2MHz plan. The upside is that their e-mail spam filter is very good indeed. They have recently increased the 'open-to-network' time before speed throttling starts so that the PS2 network games will work. It has the side benefit that web pages seem to d/l almost instantaneously.
