All i'll say is that it takes me less time, and less hassles to install Mepis - Linux than it does any version of windows. Its a bloated, all bases covered, end user orientated system. Its installation is simple and fast, and it STILL way cooler than windows. A home of 3 windows users have found booting up in this new linux thing far better for CD burning and playing movies on tha computer. None of these people are technology orientated, 2 of them are 11 and 13 y/old girls. Its not hard, honestly, not unless you decide to tweak, perfect, or do something a little unusual, but then again, show me a OS thats truly easy to fine tune...... And to contradict myself, its so end user orientated, that it appears to have no tools for internet sharing.... bugger. -- :D
