Which Distro...

I have a P3 800, 128MB RAM, 40GB HDD   I want to turn it into the main download box for the people in my flat   What distro would be good, considering that I might well put it into a 10gig drive for the OS and a 30gig for downloads… and that it would probably need a bandwith limiter and ability to access it remotely…   Also, what DC++, torrent and sharazaa clients would I want/need?   Nate
