Don the main problem (apart from fighting through the spelling to try and find meaning) is that there is no clear description of what the network comprises. What does the uplink consist of? Where do the wired links go? Why do you have wired and wireless? Where are you going to get your poles from to support the wires? Where are the nodes going? What are you going to do about easements where wires travel over private land? Or where the node computers sit? How about a network diagram or a clear description? What powers the node computers?
