Arch is quite nice. There is an also an AMD64 Arch port - http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Arch64_FAQ The main reason I'm not using Arch at the moment is that being a bleeding edge distro made me want to update and tweak it and fix configuration issues all the time etc. I like doing that, the only problem is that it distracts me from doing work which actually makes money. There isn't much information there that specifies the difference between Underground Linux and Arch Linux?
