For the record.. My email comes through the registerdirects.co.nz servers, and it appears that i get everything about a minute after it is posted.
Perhaps those who are having issues with the list mail arriving late could check the headers to see where the delay is, and if it is with a certain overloaded ISP, they could choose another address... perhaps Gmail?
