Those strings are just identifiers, like variable names in a programming
language. Rolling your head on the keyboard to generate them gives you
exactly the same result.

The only way to get you down to 60Hz is to remove the corresponding
modelines, or (easier) to limit the vrefresh rate by editing the numbers
of the obvious line in xorg.conf. (Or stick the same number into sax2.)
