What's up with Xtra? Over the weekend my phone & broadband died, reported fault apparently something cockeye at the exchange side.
Last night connection died again, phone still working, tried to report it to xtra.... Don't you just _hatehatehate_ LOATHE this new voice recognition automated telecom fault report system?
