We have our tech support guy here at the office. he was at a customer's earlier today and needed to talk to xtra about their lack of email. he has now been on hold on his cellphone for 1hr11m49s and has been to 3 callouts since then. Just leaves it on hold in his pocket. -- Nick Rout
