I have had several customers wait over two hours this week. I have written down what they need to do or ask and left them waiting. Right now I am goin back to a customer who got the info after 2.5 hours. I have found a way to get around the automatic voice recognition system though - just say not to her questions and she will give up and say "OK I do not understand you so I will put you through to someone who can help".
