Yes, I use it regularly, although I don't use their broadband. I've got a Linksys PAP2T box which talks to their servers via SIP to make calls. It's got two lines which you can plug normal phones into, and both of them have separate CHCH phone numbers I can make and receive calls on. After you sign up you have to enter a "provisioning string" into your PAP2T which locks it to them, unfortunately also preventing the changing of settings, but I brute-forced the admin password and now can change settings and still use it with WorldXchange.
