Xtra has provided me with quite a bit of extra income this week.

One customer thought that his age was the reason he was having problems but in my opinion Xtra have made a shambles of the changes / implementation.

My customer (once I got everything working to his liking - Xtra provide no support for Thunderbird) wanted to make his account password and email password the same. Only way I could see to change hi email password was to do it within webmail (I may be wrong though) so we decided to sign up to Yipee! Burble.

Signed in OK but one of the first questions was "What is your alternate email address?" Well we were stumped because he does not have an alternate email address.

Unbelievable.

I left that part blank when I helped a friend change over. It seemed to work but now seems to reject MSaccess v5. I can now get to his emails via webmail. See my previous email re this.
