AFAIK Orcon is effectivly just a retailer for Telecom and I'm quite certain that if the NSA wanted some particular traffic on 'our' Telecom network monitored and forwarded to them it would just happen. Sovereignty be damned. -- Sincerely etc. Christopher Sawtell
