Chris, I hope you don't max out on hyperbole some day. Wouldn't it be more accurate to say... "Never ever say anything via the international telecoms systems that you don't want the SPOOKS to know all about"?
I doubt most individuals (members of the "whole world") care about, or have the time to listen to, every statement that everyone makes about everything. Most governments, on the other hand, needing as much "intelligence" as they can muster, apparently spend much money to filter out the noise and get to the juicy bits. (eg Waihopai near Blenheim). Would it be a fair assumption that you think this statement is always false? -- "My communications are private." > From: Christopher Sawtell <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > See:- http://home.hiwaay.net/~pspoole/echelon.html > ...Never ever say anything via the international telecoms systems that you > don't want the world to know all about.
