I need to add an 'enquire now' button.
The button will prompt the user to enter some details:
Name, suburb/town, phone number, email address.
The system will then store those details for any further enquires from
the same customer.
The system will then consider the suburb/town provided and send an email
to the owner of that area (BOTM have 27 branches).
If the town is not known then the system will send an email to every
branch with the details. The system will remember who looks after each
town as enquires are allocated to branches.
The system will keep a list of the enquiries. Users will have to 'clear
down' each enquire or the system will send an email to everyone with in
24 hours.
