I have installed Wamp to the following location: c:\WAMP and I am
trying to load c:\WAMP\WWW\index.php to Mozilla Firefox using the

On Ubuntu, that address also returns an error:
"Failed to Connect

Though the site seems valid, the browser was unable to establish a

Which operating system are you running? It appears to be Windows, so you
may need to edit/reconfigure a file somewhere on "c:" drive.
