    I find it very tough indeed to argue against you, & only
a fool would do, I am no fool, just look like one <g>. What you say is correct
but I have found most people who write c++, do not know what they are doing.
The can understand class & OO technology, nor do they understand templates.
Both are used incorrectly. The other thing is, most people do not use modular
programmimg & shared libs. It is not that they do not want to, just do not
understand the concept or implemintation. Well, lets just say it, there are good
developers & and those who think they are. I hate the word hacker, conjures up
fudge factor, kludgeing and out right illegal activity & not professional. Now I
realizse there are some who wear it with pride. Yhat is OK, just not for me, I am
a professional, no negitive to anyone, just my personal opion only. Just there are
people writing code who have no idea of what they are doing & why, C++ in 21 days.
Or any other language, a devgeloper needs to know the tools and how they work.

</rant off>

cheers
