I second that. default grub config works fine for me.

I had problem ugrading lilo when I heard of her fresh support for 1024+.
There was quite confusion back then, and even Redhat got (was it 7.0)
setup problems with regard to LILO (missing the linear line). Couldn't
quite remember....

Now that lilo improved, maybe I will return to her as suggested. :)
