That it is! My graphics are a big step up from before as well (i810 onboard 
video to a Geforce 4 ti4200)

I can now no longer here my hard drive whatsoever, as the fans drown it out.  
I guess that's one side benefit (although that could be argued)

I'll think I'll probably just look for some other ways to quiet things down 
(look for some quieter fans perhaps).  I'm rather leary of having water 
inside a computer.
