I use it in combination with sendmail-MIMEDefang-Spamassassin and it seems to just plain work, with no real tweaking needed. You should see an entry in the message headers such as: X-Virus-Scanned: OK X-Virus-Scanned: OK, scanned by File::Scan,ClamAV
